Do you buy the data?
No. The buyer licenses a defined copy directly from you. We make the introduction and run the process through scoping, paperwork, and payment.
Is this a sale of my company?
It is a payment for licensing your data. You still own your data.
How much work is this for my team?
Very little. We will guide your team on how to connect your data through an API.
Do I need to know what data we have before I start?
No. Most companies do not know how many records they have or which systems matter, and you do not need to.
When exactly does data leave our systems?
Data is connected through an API once you have signed a contract. This connection will be disconnected once the data has been verified.
What if a customer contract says we cannot share their data?
That data stays out. The rest of your archive can still be in scope.
Are you a data broker?
No, we help connect companies and help them license their data.
How long does the whole thing take?
This depends on how fast you move. The data connection and verification process can be done within 30 days. Payment terms are determined by your contract with the licensee.
Can we back out partway through?
Yes, at any point before you sign. Nothing is transferred until then.
