You already know who needs cash. Refer them and get paid when the deal closes.
Loan brokers, lending platforms, and funds with portfolio companies under pressure talk to these owners all the time. Many of those companies would license their operating data if someone else handled the buyer. That's what we do.
How a referral works
You don't handle the file, the contract, or the cleanup.
You introduce us to the company
You give us a name, title, industry, number of employees, and average yearly revenue.
We set up a call with the company
We go over the company's specifics and find out what systems they use.
We submit to the licensees to get an offer
Licensee reviews and gives an offer.
Company reviews offer
Company agrees to the offer and terms of payment.
Data submitted
Data is submitted through an API connection, and we will help the company if needed.
Licensee reviews data
The licensee reviews and verifies the data.
Payment received
Once the data is verified, the company is paid with the terms from the agreement and you receive your referral fee.
One boundary, up front
A loan package a client sent you belongs to the client or the lender, not to you. The clean route is to refer the client.
What to tell the owner
"There's a way to license your operating files for cash. You keep the company, and nothing moves until you approve it."
Refer a company
A few details are enough. We take it from there and keep you posted.
